W.L. Bonner College was established in 1995, the reality of a dream envisioned in 1945. The initial purpose of the College was to prepare pastors, ministers, and missionaries of the church in the organization to perpetuate its educational and evangelistic ministries. The college now enrolls students regardless of their denomination. In February 2014, at the ABHE Annual Meeting, W. L. Bonner College made a decision to temporarily, and, voluntarily, withdraw from the accredited status, transitioning to the affiliate status, giving one year to enhance its financial stability. The College is seeking reinstatement for 2015.
